The movie starts with a woman in black, high shoes with very thin heels walking on a guys stomach and trying to get him to suck on her heels. Next, a girl in fishnet stockings and shoes with metal heels also steps on his face, and presses her heels into his ribs. A third woman wearing white fishnets joins them.
