The slave suffers beneath the two girls here they take turns stepping on his head with lots of pairs of high heel shoes, whilst one girl is standing on his head the other girl is changing her shoes getting ready for her turn, the girls get a break but the slave doesnt as he is repeatedly stepped on by the girls as they take turns stepping full weight all over his head.
